1 Acceptance of Service
1.1 Itnosa (Private) Limited, a privately owned company registered in Sri Lanka, is the registered owner (hereinafter "website owner" or "owner") of itnosa.com ((hereinafter "the website") including the subdomain clients.itnosa.com provides its service to user (hereinafter "you" or "user") and registered user (hereinafter "Client") subject to the following Terms of Service (hereinafter "TOS"). Please read them carefully before using the website. By accessing and using the webite, you declare that you have read and agreed to these Terms of service. If you do not accept the TOS, you may not access the website or use the information contained on the website.
The owner reserves the right to amend these TOS, from time to time, with or without any notice. By continuing to use the website after the owner posts such amended TOS, you accept them, as amended. It is your responsibility to visit this page regularly to check and read the amended TOS.
The original version of this TOS is written in English language. If there is any contradiction between what the original version means and what any translation means, then the original version shall take precedence.
The website is hosted using cloud hosting with worldwide servers across different continents. You may not use the website in violation of any international laws and regulations. Additionally, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable at the place you access the website from, where such location is outside Sri Lanka and in the country where it is hosted.
You are responsible for obtaining service access and all equipment necessary for service access.
2 Description of Service
2.1 The owner currently provides subdomain rental and hosting services to Client depending on the availability of such services published on this website.
3 Client
3.1 Only those who are eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable law can become a Client.
3.2 Client account is created by the owner and a registration email is sent out after manual application approval.
3.3 Client shall adhere to the "Terms and Conditions" for the required service or services in addition to the TOS.
4 Subdomain
4.1 Subdomain is a third level or fourth level subdomain of a domain name owned by the website owner.
5 Online Request for Service
5.1 Only those who are eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable law can request for our services.
5.2 The user must first check the availability of the services, accept our "Terms and Conditions" for the required service, and submit the online request form.
5.3 If the requested service is available and complies with our "Terms and Conditions" for the required service, an invoice will be created and sent out by email after manual request approval.
5.4 If the user has not registered earlier, a registration email precedes the first invoice.
6 Payments for Service
6.1 The owner will request the Client to make payments for services in advance by sending an invoice to the email address provided by the Client.
6.2 The Client shall settle the invoice on or before the due date until the Client chooses to terminate the services or the account is terminated by the owner due to breach of Terms and Conditions for service.
7 Interruption, Suspension and Termination of Service
7.1 The owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service (the service intended for visitors to this website and/or Client) for planned maintenance or unplanned and unannounced maintenance of the website or any other service related to the website or any paid service provided to Client.
7.2 The owner reserves the right at any time to refuse the service(s) to any user or Client, found to be in breach of these TOS.
7.3 The owner also reserves the right at any time to suspend and/or terminate the services to any user or Client if found to be in breach of agreement in accordance with the TOS in the case of a user or in accordance with both TOS and "Terms and Conditions" for service in the case of a Client.

The owner makes no warranty that the website will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free or that website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or destructive files.
15 Limitation of liability
15.1 Under no event shall the website owner, operator, employees, agents, content providers to subdomains of domains managed by the owner or advertisers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising under or as a result of these TOS, the use or inability to use this website or the contents of this website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the website owner is advised of the possibility of such damages.
